Suggest a good image de-duplication software

For many years I backed up mobile and digital camera image. These backup were made at diffrent places. E.g. manual back ups in diffrent laptop or folders, or cloud. many backup were automatic to Google photos and one drive. Some time back, I aggregated every picture and video at one place. It has roughly 40% duplication rate. Because total number of images and videos are above 10000, I can not deduplicate manually. Please suggest how do I do this. Also I want to keep the original resolution copy and delete lower version duplicate Thanks in advance
