User-id is not clickable in mobile view of chat box

I’ve highlighted the area. It works in desk view, but not in mobile view. Earlier it used to take to the user profile, but is now disabled. The option is handy to view the user details.

@bumblefoot Another Issue:- Desktop Site doesn’t load in mobile browser.
Mobile browser view
After Clicking View Desktop Site in chrome browser
(Before the Blank Chat on mobile browser issue, Desktop Site used to load properly on selecting Load Desktop Site)
