When clicking/tapping on 'open chat' hyperlink..

it seems to redirects to a chat screen.. presently with the user: Rosh_0007.

But despite numerous retries, there seems to be no actual message/ FAQs link or ANYthing there.

Issue recreation process, if you need to.

Tried clicking directly on the user (Roshan's) chat now or using the direct desidime.com/chats link.

.

While navigating around pages, the pop-up (Hey Medusa) shows up several times but nothing happens on clickin, as already mentioned.
