Try and get an all the more better config than this. If you can stretch it to say 12k-13k.

Sorry I can’t get you a deal with a desktop online, not many out there sell desktop online you see. you could look up primeabgb.com like Dipi suggested. But as far as config is concerned it should be at least a bare minimum of an Intel i3 processor, a minimum of 3 GB DDR3 RAM 1333 Mhz to run Windows 7 real smooth, Motherboard depends whether you want extreme graphics for Games and crisp HD video playback but comes pricey for sure.
