best way to pay lakhs light bill

my front door neighbour is HR head of his company(a local ceramic company) he told me that his company pays around 35 lakhs per month in electricity bill and as a HR he has to pay it.
he pays it by RTGS so is there any way to pay using some app and get some cb or discount even 1% would be nice.
our electricity provider takes partial payments.
