How to complain agents post man (india post)

Pls help me dd user.I am many products shopping online.But some percel came india post service.When my percel came post man call me to come office to accept your percel.When me told percel deliver my home then he say We are not deliver percel and when me go office then say wait 30min to 1hrs.Other wish you can go out.
Thats not one time happened that’s many time he behave me.
So dd user pls help me how to complain agents post man..
