Laptop suggestion from gulf

My brother lives in Qatar and is coming to India next month. I would to like to know that how could I get a laptop at low price from there.
My requirements are i7 processor, at least 8GB RAM, 2GB or more Nvidia 940MX/960MX graphics and I prefer DELL as its warranty can easily transferred to India.
Can you guys tell me from where should I order? Can I purchase from US and get delivered to Qatar?
Any local good ecommerce website which deliver laptops to Qatar?

Sure i will tell the price if my brother get this model in local shops or malls.
One more thing it is very difficult to find a particular model in a physical store as they cannot keep all models so can you suggest some more models.
