Need Reviews - Best Phone around 10K for Development Purpose

I am looking for new fone around 10K, specifically for Development Purpose (App Development, Testing, Rooting), Which one should I go for? what About Lenovo K6 Power?
Battery and Performance is Priority for my purpose.

Dont go for K6 power. XDA support wont be there
Device might get root sometime later but i dont think its worth it if you like flashing many custom roms
As you are saying that u are looking for a device specially for development n testing purpose, you need one which supports multiple Android APIs like 24,23,22
As majority of current devices are running either lollipop/marshmallow, API 22+ will be just enough
Go for a device which was released with Android lollipop and has good xda developer support or official support for android marshmallow/nougat
I think this is the best advise he can get…Xiaomis have good development and feedback community.
note 3 is the best option, in FK sale starting 18th can get it for 10800
