How come. RP rate is pathetic at 0.84%. Nothing special for amazon or FK in general.!! 
Yes preferred (avail on c2c basis), indusind iconia (esp weekends), hdfc diners (esp fk), sbi simplyclick (esp amazon) are good ones.
