you can get decent one for 2500
1 celestron land & sky 150. good optics but unstable.
2. croma 36×70 binoculars which is useful specs even for astronomy.
if you want crisper quality then buy one binoculars from camera company like nikon and olympus which should be in the 7500 range for a decent 10×.

what is the purpose?
different needs have different designs and optics quality
