Flipkart seems to have a better collection and more offer on Laptops than Amazon, PayTM with their cashback seems to have good competitive pricing, but don’t forget, you need to have aadhar linked for cashback

Go on paytm for CB on laptops. But u can do basis editing in 30000 budget. Increase more upto 40000 u will get a descent one with 8/12/16 RAM plus i5 7th gen. It will sufficiently get ur work done
