not trying to take this off-topic, but something odd happened with my AmazonIN Prime Subscription too.
despite it initially showing as ‘expiring’ on 24 or 25^th Sept-2016, it got extended till Oct-01, 2016
and they (CSD) could only guesstimated that it could be because I was amongst the first subscribers to Prime.

Now today (Oct 01, 2016), it finally shows up in my cart (and would have remained for 90 days had I not completed the order)

but the weirdest thing was that during quick check-out process it selected the delivery address (physical premises) and pre-selected payment method as “gift-card”
[i assumed that the welcome-kit to be shipped might just be the ‘how-to’ guide.. which (B00YARMLT2) will only be ‘in-stock’ on October 11, 2016]

taking this to be some coding or technical mistake and for fun sake I proceeded to finalise the order expecting it to throw an error

to my surprise and :shock: the order got successfully placed !
the membership details now reflect: Your membership will expire on October 01, 2017.

in-fact, during change of payment method experimentation I also tried to select ‘Cash/Pay on Delivery’ radio button and I think it wasn’t disabled
although it has to go back to being a pre-paid order.
those with discounted credits that they purchased or with promotional credits received (from Zingoy or such) will simply buy Prime subs. using GC !!

So some e-commerce company is behind this survey.Instead of spamming our emails, they made as DD target

I found the questions in this survey were quite valid & well thought of.
I have seen many surveys which are done without proper thinking & similar question keeps popping up.
I wonder if they really achieve their goal.
