Applied for HDFC diners black. I think it’s best
@saymyname wrote:I think they need a annual salary of 5-6 lacs for the premium and 20+ lacs for the black variant. Also premium version is lifetime free whereas black is only first year free

guys ive been using HDFC diners premium for the last 2 years. have to say that it is thr best free credit card you can get. all year long unlimited bogo on movies (yes its true), unlimited access to domestic airport lounges all year long and 10X rewards on sites like flipkart, mmt, goibibo etc. HDFC called me last week stating that they are UPGRADING my diners premium to Regalia. to their shock, i refused. for me its a downgrade, not an upgrade. any questions on the card, pls feel to ping me
Is this card lifetime free ?
What is the probability it would be accepted ?

I think should go for MoneyBack in that case. Gareebon ka CC hai woh
Citi currently offers spend based waiver on Rewards and Indian Oil Card. Rs.30000pm. No waiver on Cashback card.
Waiver for spending at least 30k per month
That guy said his annual salary is half of 8 lakh

Now Citi Premier Miles is the best credit card for rewards by far for frequent travelers! 1.8% benefit on all purchases (no limits); 4.5% benefit on flight bookings and accelerated mile merchants like Flipkart.
But it’s shocking that the Citi PM lounge list for the MasterCard variant was recently reduced to only 4 in India. How the heck could they even remove the International Departures lounge at T3, Delhi?! http://www.premiermiles.co.in/premiermiles_priv... CC @A2Zdeals @cybertechie @disclaimer @BUTTERFLYBOY
How much will I have to pay as annual charges if I upgrade to this card? Any possibilities of waiver of those charges?
Annual charge: 3000+tax. No waiver in India for this card. I spend in double digits (lacs) every year but no such option was offered to me. With that said, you do get 3000 miles on every renewal (=Rs.1350) and 10K miles as a signup bonus (=Rs.4500!) when you spend 1K within the first 60 days.By the way, I got grandfathered-in from my Jet Airways Platinum card (discontinued now) so I pay only 1000+tax. Since we r freshers chances are very less. Money back CC is more than enough for me as of now coz my spendings are less. but may be after 1 or 2 yrs i would opt for a card which gives more rewards

Dude, Money back is just 30p Regalia 60p but in money back you can convert that to cash I think. I would apply through BankBazaar then for CB
Diners Black First year fee might be zero. it’s chargeable from year 2
