- As many as 16 students were ranked second, scoring 399 out 400

Well if they can score 100% marks then that means they are equal to multiple historian who worked and still work on different historical data and sites.
Note: Indian education system is faulty and was made in such way that can produce lots of clerk level official for lower level management.
