50% packet loss ..what can i do ??

So it all started 2 days ago when my CS started to lag as hell i thought it was server problem 1 day after it was same

Then i noticed fluctuations in my download speed and slow response on website pointing toward some thing was wrong

I immediately opened cmd and pinged google 50packet and bam!!

50% packet loss

I tried running other test confirming the same
I have local cable walas internet he does not understand whT i am saying
