unless you have given an ample amount of time and opportunity, you should not be open about his/her number.

Hope, he has been given sufficient time b4 disclosing his number in public, and amount for which your friend got cheated must be large.

@mahidada i totally agree with you what you said is right.
But disagree with the amount being high or low. That doesn’t matter. According to me chori choti ho ya badi chori chori hoti hai.
And to provide more information I’ve asked my friend to comment here what this guy did with him.

Ravi isn’t aware of his DD ID. We have made 2 groups on what’s app. Guess someone must have added him in the group.
And just FYI. The mobile incident is resolved.
