An IMPORTANT Query related Driving laws

While Riding a vehicle in India it’s compulsory to carry this three things.
.
1) Valid physical driving license/Digilocker soft copy
2) Physical RC book / Digilocker soft copy
3) Active original PUC certificate
4) Active Insurance papers original

I found somewhere that if we don’t carry any/all of that 4 documents at the time while police check , we can submit those things within 48 hours to nearest police station .

I don’t have any valid proof to prove that .
If some Law/LLM/Banking Aspirant/knowledgeable person can provide the articles of that here .

I did not learn driving in india or do any test etc.. I went to the office and they gave me an indian license.. So I am only familiar with general international driving license rules. I also hate driving here and only do if I don’t have a choice.

thanks for letting me know.. But whats an RC book and what is PUC? I noticed Indians are big on alphabets.. I often hear of a lot of them but have no idea what it all means.

Even if the answer to your query is big ‘S’, I am sure these police won’t be aware of it.
No point in arguing with brainless fat egotists on road.
Simple thing is to carry docs – or pay 100/200 fine.

I think some officers may still ask you for original papers and ask you not show mobile photos. yes we know didgilkcker copies are valid but what about them.
