AC Gas Leak Solution

Any suggestions?

Yes, We too experience this issue, had happened twice in this year and had to spend close to 6000 to rectify it. And still happened again and i am thinking of changing or stop using the AC, very frustrating,

Just want to know whether u are availaing services from any app based service partners, just to know whether it is done by them deliberately, or it is happening naturally, as i am availing their services and had done service twice with them so far and yet another time this week it continued.

If you live close to nearby drains or in close proximity to areas then corrosion is common in ac pipes which leads to corrosion.Copper pipes are better than aluminum pipes and widow ac is better than split ac. In terms of gas longevity.Rest depends on quality of ac. better to change ac if it’s too old and buy new or relatively new second hand.I use local gas fill and they provide 6 months warranty. Generally they don’t do on purpose. Per time filling and service charge is RS 3000 I think.

Get any ac with 5 year warranty included. Like voltas from tatacliq online or lg 5year offline. Include 5year amc upfront this include gas refill etc. Their own technician install ac & are fined by co if gas leakage happen too soon. Usually its bad intallation that causes gas leak if happening before years.
I myself got a fresh new installation of split ac with new pipes after ogeneral showed leak every year for 3years now. In split always change to new pipes for new ac install regardless of what technician says.
