Acer Laptop Webcam issue

Hi i purchased Acer Aspire ES1-571-558Z (Core i5 (4th Gen)/4 GB/1 TB/. from paytm. All are looking good BUT THE WEBCAM IS NOT DETECTING .
I installed windows 10 64 bit and ubuntu linux.
IN BOTH OS, THE WEBCAM IS NOT DETECTING.
In windows no sign of webcam in device manager. If we open camera softwares, webcam not connected error is coming.
PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS. IN ACER DRIVERS LINK NO SIGN OF WEBCAM DRIVERS. I installed cyberlink you cam but still no use.
so please help me to solve this

Not 100% sure but it looks like a software driver issue.
I came across this ~12MB Zip file containing the driver:

I downloaded and checked the .Zip file with Windows Defender, appears safe.
Please try this if it works.
