Activate Jio Sim Problem

Had applied for jo sim last week and today got the sms that its ready for televerification.It is being used on asus laser 2 phone from which i got the bar code.As my phone is not volte i had to call the 1800889999 to get my data activated.But on my voda number the never got connected.So download jio join app and called 1977 from it for verification.Got the number verified but the moment i got the sms that the services are activated.I am not able to call or use data on it.It says that balance on yur number has finished and says to do a recharge and for data it says that i have already exhausted my data.How am i supposed to use this sim ? In my jio app i cannot login with data on .I already made a jio id through wifi and already downloaded all apps.Customer care says get your sim changed .Any help on what to do ??
Thats the problem i downloaded the apps and created the jio id from wifi.When i try to login from data to activate the offer its does not go through.Either it times out or does not show any offer to activate unlimited in it.
Just login at jio.com using your email id and password, your unlimited should be activated. Also try to login to my jio app using the SKIP option, this might also activate the offer.
Tried none working .Strange thing is its still generating a code for welcome offer for my cellphone

torn off WiFi. turn on 4g.
keep sim in slot1.
uninstall and reinstall joinjio if u r data permits and give it all permissions.
Me too using same phone. I activated through this process
data is not working thats the problem.

Yes that’s the issue, few are facing it. Tweet @JioCare with all the details, they will activate unlimited offer on your number, but it might take some days again.

just call 18008901977 from any number and punch jio number , if it asks for document id, then your sim is ready for televerification. otherwise it will transfer you to customer care which means your sim is not ready for activation as of now

will not help much, i sent them msg on twitter on 19th august they replied to me yesterday that your number is activated where as it got activated on 20th itself

Purchased 2 sims on 29th but none activated till now. Will wait till today else will visit the local Jio office tomorrow and get them activated personally.

going to jio office will not help better wait 7 days after u receieve order no or call customer care
Make sure you activate the offer on MyJio app by downloading 5 apps.
