[Activity] Importance of Tea & Coffee in your Daily life

Yeah tea is absolutely needed for me, once at morning, after waking up (and before brushing), and once after coming back from work, around 6/7/8 PM or whatever.

Generally I used to drink Darjeeling tea, but as I’m semi-broken now I simply do with green tea and other shite (read dust) tea combo. I don’t know why it’s a must, I suppose I like the warmth of the drink really, not necessarily be tea anyway, even horlicks would do LoL.

I heard however that there’s advantages of drinking good tea, good for heart and all that, don’t know, can’t say, don’t care anyway.

Coffee on the other hand I love, the taste of it, but I only drink it in winter (two months max).

I usually take 3 Coffeemugs of Tea daily. One around 5 am before my morning walk, one with morning breakfast and one during evening with some spicy chatar-patar. I don’t like coffee at all so hardly have had less than 100 times in my entire life so far.

I don’t know the importance but I think mostly its been a habit since childhood as everybody in family gather together at tea time then all disperse with their own busy selves. We don’t eat meals together like a family but for morning tea I think everyone is willing to gather around without even single yell.
