Added Money to Paytm but.. unable to transfer it to merchant or anyone else from the wallet balance. Also unable to transfer to bank due to full kyc not done. What can i do to either transfer it to another number or get it back to the original payment source (CC) or bank account

Pay to marchant using QR …. If you facing any error, try send to another marchant.

With limited kyc there should not be any issues using wallet balance as payment source for paytm qr code scan transactions provided merchant has enabled accept payments from paytm wallet.
