how to port? no signal for porting code
doesn’t needed
Go to Voda store or idea store tell them to port
Aircel announced 90days before their shutdown date
but i dnt see any network from past one week

31jan 2018 is last date of Aircel network in these 6 Circles this is public notice issued in all newspaper

I read somewhere that Tata subscribers are being acquired by Airtel, is that true?

Yes got the same message from tata. But porting out to Jio isn’t a good option instead of airtel? Considering the 49rs & 153rs plan of jio. Network coverage might be a plus point for airtel. But here in delhi jio coverage is on par from airtel.
The only negative of jio is that you need a 4G phone…

For those not getting network on aircel sim,try latching on to other networks through manual search.
In Bangalore in many areas aircel network is down from about 3 weeks and can be latched on to bsnl 2G for now. Calls, sms, ussd, 2g internet working.

Exactly i am too facing same pblm but now its fixed, karnataka ppls need not worry abt shuting down as aircel itself declared that will continue service..
So in case if u didn’t get aircel network search manually n select CELLONE/BSNL network[working for bengaluru]…
How to Port & retain Number if Signals not coming in Delhi ???
PS – No BSNL option in Delhi
Signals are available in few major areas of delhi like CP NP
Aircel users, manually select the network as “Airtel”. You will start receiving incoming calls and sms, use the port out method to get the code.
for me in delhi, airtel show “forbidden” hence does not connect
is aircel shutting down in delhi as well…still getting signal in south delhi
