Airindia flight reschedule/refund help

Has Anyone successfully done air india flight reschedule or they convience for refund due to corona??
Tried their customer care number since 3 days calls always gets hold for 1-2 hours still not able to contact air india and also even after 2 hours of hold in ivr calls gets disconnected! Tried twitter also no help
Please help me in this case how to resedule or cancel it.
Having 6 flight in airindia in March end starting from 26 march 
Anyone who has successfully done this do help me out

Visit nearest airport counter, it will be easiest way.
I also have 3 air india flights for 6 passengers, not able to contact them, tried twitter, emails but no success. I guess going to airports will only be the last resort.

According to the above advisory i guess they should refund/Reschedule.
I had an old friend on this server but I cant see him anymore , can anyone help me find him

Indigo has a reschedule criteria of to be done 72hrs before departure.. Check correspondingly fr air India as well

If i visit their site ,they are asking a fee of 4k , ticket was 10k 
Did you try to do it via online channel/website? If not then try it. I have rescheduled flight in past via website.
No option to resedule in manage booking
If I don’t cancel the flight and doesn’t go to airport on flight date will mine ticket still valid?
In latest advisory they mentioned no show charges is waived and ticket is protected at full value
This is by multiple airlines. I think this is to reduce load on customer support. Should be valid if its mentioned.
I have flight on 27th .. what is the 48 hour clause then . Can I reschedule after 27th as their customer care is not picking up the phone

Read somewhere that they are not charging anything for No Show, so even if you don’t travel, they’ll help you get it rescheduled later. But still keep trying to contact them. Drop them a mail and try to contact on twitter.
