There idiot Nodal Officer and Appellate authority staff does not understand, if customer has complained for dead network,
How they will contact the customer.

Yaar, I am keeping patience from last 2-3 months, they have closed case no 4-5 times without resolving..
So, I have to fight with Nodal officer , who disconnected the line after 10 min., discussed with Appellate authority for 40 min. , who promised to conduct survey , still they defaulted and stating no response fromy side.lol..
Now, only TRAI can solve the matter.

Got the call from technicians that latching issue is solved, as they have done some changes in network.
Actually, data is working fine on 4G, however voice network needs 3G, which was not connected automatically. Dont know how far they are true. But, I ultimately have to use another phone , which was costly.
