Airtel DTH re-activation charges

I didn’t recharge before the expiry of my 2 months exisiting recharge and my Airtel DTH account went into suspended mode on 19th Feb.
Now, they’re charging me Rs. 15 as re-activation charges. I want to know is this fair?

Tata sky doesn’t charge any thing. One could use even a daily pack amount. Though they did increase min recharge amount to rs.50

Mostly all dth charge for deactivated customer.
To avoid this recharge before due date..
