Airtel PORT request retention OFFER promised but not PROVIDED (HELP)

Sent PORT Out request from Airtel sim and RETENTION TEAM called and asked reason ,I said need the 399 plan of 1gb per day for 84 days ,he promised it will reflect in my special offers in 24 hours but even after 4 days nothing given

He is talking about postpaid sim. Man i will suggest you to call again and ask them why offer did not apply to your account till now.

Send a fuck-you email to Chortel and port-out.
They have a habit of doing that. They will keep dragging this issue for sometime and keep charging you. Too much of pain explaining it all and getting refund.

Because it’s my dads number and porting isn’t that easy when phone is used fr business purposes

Reacharge with 349.
PORT OUT REQUEST is useless.Then you will get 399 in best offers.
Recharge within the 2nd week of 349 else you will miss the offer again. If you wait for the third week you will get 499 and higher plans with 1.25/1.5gb per day offers.
