AIRTEL Vodafone Min RECHARGE NOT REQUIRED (no need to RECHARGE WITH 35)
Trail DIRECTS Action TO AIRTEL, VODA , IDEA . Connection can not be closed If not recharged WITH 35 OR any MINIMUM value.
But I do not have any information about those who have already stopped out going & Incoming…

Only thing change is that now I can use my main account balance to recharge

you are correct. but this also means that you can keep loading the main balance using different cashback options and then use that for recharge.
Update – Please check airtel OG and IC validity dates increased by 9 days more
DON’T BELIEVE THIS UNOFFICIAL STATEMENT
It is the operator’s wish to implement or throw the TRAI direction into dustbin(like RComm did to the refund unused balance direction). Until any update from operators you have to follow minimum recharge conditions if you want to actually keep all services active and be with current operator .
RCom had already decided to close shop. So it could afford to ignore TRAI. As long as any operator wants to continue doing business, it has to follow TRAI directions, otherwise, their approval and spectrum allocation can be cancelled.
Guys, does the balance in the smart recharges carry forward to the next month or is it only for 28 days?

How can they change a life time sim to monthly plan? The sim itself had validity till 2029 etc, and it was supposed to stay. Isnt this against trai rules?
There is another clause, if no usage within 90 days then the operator can deactivate and allot to other(if the balance is below 20) or charge 20 and extend 30days from 90th.
We users being oversmart, made a call and sent sms between 80-90th day of last usage- thus operator cannot deactivate.
The operators are now barring OG calls to restrict us from calling in the 80s days.

wo 3-4 din ke liye sirf tha. in that period if someone o/g was expiring, it’s already extended for few days
yesterday i have recharged for 199 unlimited 28 days plan.
today if i recharge for 35 plan will i able to make calls to outside india from new rs 25 balance from 35 plan?
My Vodafone sim has been stopped from outgoing as well as incoming ..what to do????
Depends onbyour requirement.
If you just want to keep your number for incoming messages, you can let it be like this and recharge with 35 in next 60-75 days to keep it active.
If you want outgoing or incoming calls as well, then you can either activate 24 plan from balance or recharge with 35 plan voucher.
To activate from balance, dial *444*24#
Airtel decreased my OG validity from previous Jan 22, 2019 to present Dec 16, 2018. 
earlier how u got o/g validity till jan 22?
There are 2 Scenarios Airtel
1) USSD with different plans showing under Buy Smart Packs as 34 / 64 / 94 and so on – so if we recharge this through main balance and get talk time will that be carried forward or expired at the end of 28 days
2) If we recharge through the wallets or the website then the plan shows as 35 / 65 / 95 and so on – if we recharge these then does talk time get carried forward or expire 28 days
i guess they have updated the 35/65/95 with 34/64/94 and these are not reflected in any of the sites…
Update – Airtel Balance Clarification – Got from twitter Team
USSD CODE – If we recharge Rs.34 / 64 / 94 and so on from the main balance the talk time added will expire at the end of 28 days BUT
WALLETS – APP – WEBSITE – if we recharge 35 / 65 / 95 and so on then the talk time will not expire and be added
to experience this personally we need to check at the end of 28 days cycle
