For 5000 showing 100 charges. For 5100 convenience charges are zero, but getting error Either this transaction is not allowed, or amount is invalid https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_rolleyes.gif

Use your better judgement while using these wallets to transfer money from CC to Bank account. You may gain some money on the interest and some points on your CC, but consider these:
1. Suddenly some wallet disables your account and you lose money, one loss will wipe out more than what you gained in all other transactions combined
2. These wallets and RBI are not fools, these transactions may be tracked.
3. Transferring from CC to bank is illegal (though wallets are allowing it), lead an ethical life, you will have more self-respect.

How could it be illegal. If it is illegal wallets wouldn’t have provided this facility

Yes all such transactions are already on radar of banks & they are wary of these
but I won’t call it illegal… There are limits in place, they monitor all such transactions, their risk management tracks every suspicious activity
currently system is accommodating these transactions but not for long
converting unsecured loans to working capital is definitely not the idea of any financial system
so nature will cleanse itself sooner or later
I agree that for peaceful life once should avoid this vicious cycle
There are many litigation which may arise in future

Read 2.5 in this notification, doesn’t it make cash withdrawal to a bank account illegal?

Read 2.5 here. Just because wallets are allowing it doesn’t make it legal.
https://rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.asp...

In Paytm app when I go to withdraw, it says the money deposited by me can only be withdrawn to the original source. Money that I have received from someone can be transferred to bank. This is the right implementation.
