Ali express contact details required (help plz)

There are approx 100-125 orders which i made on ali express its over a month and shipping is not done by the seller. I want to contact them for a refund but cant reach them because they don’t have email or number.
Please help me i wanna contact them ASAP

What is the exact status on the order? Usually, sellers ships the items within 3-7 days after receiving the payment and it may take up to 60 days for the items to reach you. 120 orders is a lot, expect half of them to be either lost or stuck at customs/post office if you ordered from different sellers. But you can chat with customer care or sellers directly, they will likely issue a refund after 60 days but may ask you to check with customs and post office before doing so. Good luck.
Been more than 30 days and its only shipped also its nt accepted by any airline.
That seller is no more on ali express.
Its just a scam.
Did you order that jackets? the seller was fraud and you should raise dispute.
Multiple clothes
