Hi guys,

Last week I created AE for upcoming 11-11 sale, and i ordered 1$ product just to check how it works. Jusst 2 days back they cancelled my ordered and also i am not able to place new order now. Their CC said due to suspicious activity they need to verify my account by uploading either any of these: passport, bank statement etc.

I uploaded AADHAR and, today they sent mail that acc verification failed because DOB is not clear on documents. I reuploaded new document, driving license. But it wont be useful for me if they wont verify before 11-11 sale.

And why they need such confidential information to verify account ? In APRIL month also they cancelled my few orders and asked credit card scanned copy. Is it safe to share such details to them ????

Same happend with me a year ago. They asked to submit bank account statement, credit card pics, but I didn’t and they deleted my account and blocked that card.

I created new account, with new address, new card. Now working fine.
