shoped few items (11.11 sale ) all less than 10 usd. not delivered .tracking shows in country of orgin ie china form last 10 days.when how and should i claim refund. do we get any refunds any experiences

Wait, the status will be updated and the items will be delivered.
It takes like 25 to 40 days from the date of shipping.
And somewhat extra during the last quarter of the year, as they have many festivals lined up.

You could wait for sometimes and then see if it is updated but if it is not, you can request cancellation from order lists and write for the refund.

Contact the seller first and if the time limit of delivery has not passed then wait for it
You can claim refund from your orders section anytime
Happens often with me, Better wait for sometime
