Only certain banks debit cards are accepted internationally while all credit cards are accepted.
Contact your bank and ask them to allow international transactions.
This type of error occur when that debit card used in multiple aliexpress account
First for debit card make sure international txn is enabled if not u will get above error, for credit card OTP will not be asked straight away u will get order confirmation msg….
Don’t use credit cards for aliexpress payment. Their payment system is not safe. Aliexpress payment system will not ask registered mobile otp.
I have not much idea regarding debit card. But With credit card payment is done smoothly
