if you have not got the cashback yet than first try to buy the product that you actually want to buy and check wether that shows cashback on checkout page or not.
yesterday i placed order for 20 gram silver coin and CB was showing on checkout page but after payment i did not get CB i waited 1 hour than contacted amazon cc they told me that they take full responsibility for the cashback and i will get it. than tried ordering mi trimmer and the CB was also showing on the last page so i just cancelled the silver coin order and bought mi trimmer and got CB instantly.
note – this worked for me and might not work with all so do whatever you like at your own risk
