I have received a mail from qla stating that your account is closed stating that I have not met their agreement and I got a balance of 2500.please help me to recover my money

They do this all the time with me. Just email them that you have balance in this account and they will provide you 2-3 days to utilize it.

Yes, when an account is closed, they’d be monitoring new accounts opened from the same IP address. As suggested by another dimer, never mess with Amazon.
