Amazon has a login feature where after we enter email address it asks for mobile number as a security answer. what if we forget or dont know the mobile number of that login account.

Also is there a way where we can check the oldest messages here on DD ie before the chat feature was intoduced where we used to send email messages to members.

Contact Amazon CC 
It happens many times with as have dozens of accounts on Amazon, if your email id is genuine than see the last order details and contact CC, and tell them to clear log of your account once they ll do you will able to login.
Cc will ask you multiple questions regarding account name last purchase address etc etc so be prepared seeing in email inbox.
If there is any other smart way other than calling cc anybody know share it.
