Amazon account marked as duplicate

I have 2 amazon accounts linked to different mobile numbers.
Recently received a mail from amazon that my account was marked duplicate
I used same credit card in 2 accounts and upi transfer was done for same beneficiary
Is there any way i can ask them to remove duplicate tag? Not receiving any offers in that account now

I too received many emails about duplicate account. The only restrictions I got was I couldn’t add Amazon pay balance to my acc any further. that was because of same kyc details or sometimes same mobile number.
Same thing but… Offers are not displaying like 20 percent upto 200 on 75 recharge
