I got email from amazon.
Hello,
This is to inform you that your ‘Money’ in Amazon Pay balance will get locked in 30 days.
You won’t be able to add or use the ‘Money’ in Amazon Pay balance, because you haven’t been active on Amazon.in in the last one year. If you’d like to continue using ‘Money’ in Amazon Pay balance, please visit Visit www.amazon.in/f...yc to complete the Doorstep KYC verification.
Please note that this doesn’t impact the ‘Gifts & Credits’ part of your Amazon Pay balance.
Now i want to just confirm that by the last sentence can i add balance in gift card and use that gift balance without any issue..

Got same email, but my reason is of expiring kyc
My Amazon pay balance locked, and they are not making kyc available at door step.
Yes you can use it without any issue as there is no restriction on the “Gifts and Credits”.
