I am saying this because amazon has really done wrong by crediting that amount in your wallet. They should have to refund in original payment method.

friends goto tatalinq now they have both (grey and gold) 32gb variant ….
they also provide refund (10 days return policy), i talked with one of the customer care exe. and he confirmed that they dont provide replacement but they do refund the money… and tata ka bharosa bhi hai….:lol:

Amazon gave me refund because they didn’t have RN3 in stock

i think they are cancelling 32 gb version. mine 16 gb ver. delivered yesterday.

As they are sending mails to everyone, they should consider you guys on a priority basis
May be they will add redmi note 3 to your cart automatically like FK

and regarding compensation, you have to literally beg them by contacting cc continuously on this issue, as this is a straight forward cancellation thing, i am not sure if there will be a reason for us to contact them on a regular basis. Anyways if u have patience and time, you can try that
