This is actually going on for a long time like since last October. Whenever its time for receiving cashback, the cc guys will act as if they have no idea. Then after describing the details, they will ask for proofs and since the offers keep on changing every week/month, it’s difficult unless one screenshot everything.
I had give up on earlier cashbacks since I had no pics.
But this time, I screenshot from offer’s TnC to even chat messages with the cc ppl who said I was eligible for the cb offer.
And after patiently waiting for a month and still hearing nonsense, I dropped all the pics in their email and was told to wait another 3 days for the cb.
So, bottom line is if there’s a good cashback offer on amazon, make sure to screenshot every details about the offer and save it for claiming cashback.

Yes right even for KYC 200 cashback i had to wait for 2 months after contacting them multiple times just yesterday i got the cashback.

what to do when no one comes to collect kyc in an area but amazon still keeps on sending emails to update kyc or else can’t use amazon pay?

To the moron who has downvoted this as invalid deal/coupon, seriously look at the forum and this is only a precaution warning to other amazon users.
Bottom line is to take screenshots of the offer details as amazon cc goes back against their offers 😑

Have you did complaining cc ? if not , do complaining 2-3 times , so they will definitely resolve your KYC issue !

You are talking to people who have no control over anything… or even know anything… It is not a nice place to work and they pay less than others. And I have noticed their offers change. without screen shots the CC people don’t have anything to report with. Not their fault but those of higher up and other departments. I remember before they had power to refund or pay etc for problems but now a supervisor has to do it. profits to them is all that matters. Read the post from the guy who worked at airtel CC.. He knew what was doing on but powerless to do anything. Even when he came down his own, he still had to do things the hard way knowing what the truth was.

They’re doing the same standard copy paste thing… I’ll use up all my amazon pay balance in the coming weeks. Then I’ll just use CoD

Don’t know about the airtel guy you’re talking about but the case maybe true in this case too.
But even in other organisations, be it private or public/gov when the same cc ppl (sadly most of them) actually do treat consumers like fools and sometimes like shit.
Their behaviour is nothing short of deplorable.
Just last Dec, had a nasty experience with renewing my passport and in jio centre.
P.S. Amazon cc ppl will be all smiley yet pretty stubborn, snapdeal is helpful, flipkart will be all out nasty while paytm doesn’t have cc… its just a copy paste bot or something.
And 1mg/netmeds cc ppl are plain, helpless liars.
Swiggy cc ppl are probably the friendliest in India.

its in the middle of dirty business tricks.. We already knew something was fishy.. But not why.. this only tells us we are not crazy as they make us out to be..

I know some of the amazon cc people try very hard to please us because they are told and trained to do that. But on the other hand they are also prohibited from doing much other than talk. I am saying that because once I had to return a hard drive and I was reimbursed for $70.. But now its hard to even get them to give you an RMA. They tell you things to please you but nothing gets done. I am really fed up with online etailers.. All of them.. But I am not surprised because its the fault of a number of people who are also here. Which makes handling problems very difficult because they also don’t know you.

I can tell you that it is only in india that anyone who works for an MNC have a complex.. Be that maybe uber, amazon flipkart or anyone else who supposedly pay far more than locals.. I used to talk with CC people in my class and they told me a lot of things. About how difficult it was for them to do anything about abusers.. What I mean is, like most super stores do not have manufacturers warranty.. The store warranty is better.. Like you buy shoes at Target, the manufacturers warranty is 3 months.. The store warranty is life time.. entire families would come into the store and change their shoes every 6 months for years.. The workers don’t care as they get paid low but have to act like customer is king etc.. They are always depressed and over worked.. Whats to be so arrogant about? In india its different because these people make more than the customers.. Its also the attitude of all of them everywhere.. You think its different with the sales people in the stores? I got so fed up that I find stuff I want with research and order it online. I paid same price for my 1.6Ton AC and my 1Ton AC.. Both have same features but 1Ton had 5star sticker on it and 1.6Ton did not have a sticker.. Both were installed according to installers wishes.. ie I told them where to install and what to do wtc.. But who the fwk am I? What do I know.. They will do the job according to how they feel like and what they fell like.. Right now I have 2 AC’s in one room.. I want to move the old one to the sitting room and its only the indoor unit which needs moving.. The guy came to fix and he said the blower was noisy and took over a month to fix it but put back in a lower quality one so air flow is much lower.. After that we told him we did not want to move it since he also wanted to buy another 3 meters of copper tubing.. Notice I mentioned the outdoor unit did not need moving.. The indoor unit has to be fixed right above the outdoor unit while current it has to pass around the corner to the other room.. He did not do it properly the first time either but could not find anyone to come fix it as the blower made a whining noise..

So when you complain about they think we are fools.. Yes they do think they know better.. etc..
