I had collected 50 cb on 200 shopping and 100 cb on 500 shopping offer on amazon, I ordered a item worth 820 rs, and It was shown that I was eligible to get 150 cb (I took the Screenshot of the same).
It’s been more than 24 hours now and still I haven’t received cashback.
I contacted customer support but they said I will receive it after the product is dispatched.
As per my experience, Amazon gives CB instantly/ within an hour cashback if they want to otherwise they just don’t. Last time I didn’t receive cashback when it was more than 24 hours.
What is your experience? please share.

cb after dispatch only. Instant only in case of pantry order
U have to wait till it’s dispatched moreover if u didn’t get cb even after product delivered then raise isssue…
Sometimes cashback can take up to 15 days
