Amazon cod option is not Woking 😭😭😭😭

First tell how many accounts you have from which you have rejected orders and how many of them?

Anyway if the seller is non-amazon fulfilled and doesn’t offer cod you can’t do much about it.

no bro i have two account first one I think like that too and create new account i place order one product and deliver the product with cod few days back again gonna place another order with cod but it not able to place cod ask customer about this issue wait for 48 hours we look into it do I am wait for 48 hours and again speak they tell like remove gift card while place order i reply to them this is new account i don’t have gift card from that account ok we will resolve this issue with 48 hours so I am wait for again 48 hours call customer service and ask about this issue and they reply please update the app iI reply already update the App and wait for some days we will resolve this issuas soon as possible till now 45 days over problem is not solved so i call customer service ask this issue they reply we can’t do anything about This issue . this issue about courier partner so place order via some other option iI get angry and reply iI am activate amazon prime too but you tell l like that sorry for inconvenience then iI cut the call this is amazon poor service…….

Im facing the same problem since last 2-3 days.. n I usually never cancel orders and m a very frequent user of amazon. I have no idea why though. .
