Their customer support is very bad. First i chatted with them, then they said on chat that it is technical glitch that you have been issued coupon. So we cant issue cashback. I aksed them to call me. Then executive on phone said that if maik has come then you ll get cb, after talking with his senior executives he told me that only coupon can be used, and he can issue me 200₹ cb. I asked him to transfer my call to senior. Then his manager said, we are working on it and he is not sure that i ll get cb or not as thier system got prob while prime days. I asked him then why we suffer. He asked for 6 business days. Call duration was 1 hr and 7 mins. Really headache talking and explaining to them. Made a tweat with #amazoncheats. Also made complaint online on consumer forum
