Amazon + Delhivery - fake delivery update

I had placed a refrigerator order on Amazon before lockdown. It was shipped via Delhivery but due to lockdown it was stuck at Bangalore hup. The seller is Cloudtail India.
The shipping address is small village in interior Dindigul District, TAMILNADU.
After around 50 days, Yesterday the status was updated with "delivered to consignee" at BANGALORE location.
I was shocked after seeing the delivery update by Delhivery. I escalated the case with [email protected]. They asked me to wait till this Tuesday for resolution.
Is there anyone faced such issues with Amazon + Delhivery ? What will happen next?

Same happened with me for face masks pack of 5 i bought it for 43 rs i contacted cc estimated delivery date was 8th may but they delivered on 22 april delivery was through delhivery cc said to contact after 8th may

And when i go through customer care their my order status is delivery for 8th may . And in my order section it is marked as delivered.

Gati & Delhivery are the two worst courier services...Had to suffer a lot because of them in the past...They handle the packages badly too...Several times I got damaged home appliances when shipped with Gati & Delhivery...

Yes. Fucking yes. They keep saying it’s all about your locality, your specific area and stuffs like that, but I don’t care. Delhivery is what makes you feel like using slowest mode of Indian post as the most premium courier service. I mean seriously, so many instances, where I would have just punched these unprofessional idiots but refrained at the very last moment.

Same here, delivery address is of bangalore. But it was showing delivered in trivandrum. Contacted amazon cc. He said he can see it is not delivered and wait till 8th may as that is last date for delivery. Also got mail from seller that it was due to wrong scan from delhivery courier company.

I also written to Delhivery via email. They said they will arrange a proof of delivery of receipt 
The tracking details itself shows package is not moved after Bangalore.. then how they are saying it is delivered to receipient who is in other state

Happened many a times with me, sometimes to fulfill their targets they mark as delivered before the actual delivery and then deliver it after some time
The only issue would be the handling, not sure if you would get the refrigerator in the right condition from Delhivery
