Great move.
It’s better to talk to them directly.
Chat person keep on asking the unwanted or repeated questions again and again and they go in circles and they just copy paste the pre-typed answers.

I still remember the Good Old Days of Awesome Customer Service that Amazon had during it’s initial launch. The Customer Service was something that set it apart from Flipkart and others of the era. But it’s all the same like others now.
