Amazon is not refunding my money for an undelivered product,Its showing delivered but its not received by me. i complained in social media handles but they ignored and doing nothing. Customer care as usual sucks. How i am supposed to escalate the issue to get my money back ?

No it’s not like that. Not all mobile phone are delivered with OTP.
it’s a myth that otp is always required.
Delivery boy has run away with phone but they are unable to catch him. grin grin grin

You may ask for an escalation from the primary agent you are speaking to. Your call will be transferred to the team with higher authority.

If you have given 3 consecutive negative responses in the feedback to the agents you have spoken, then your next contact is transferred to the special escalation team. Please do not give unnecessary negative responses just because you want your contact to get transferred. Your responses impacts the salary of agent you are speaking to. Unless you are totally unsatisfied with the resolution then only I would recommend you to give a negative response.

If the customer service has provided you the same resolution more than 3 times and you are still not satisfied with the answer. Your contact will be transferred to the escalation team.

This method is to be used only when you have not received any resolution from the customer service team. You can write an email to the customer service team, address the letter to the CEO of the company. Your contact will be handled by the highest team in customer service.
