He can either claim itc of gst or depriciation on value including gst, if showing as business asset

Basically you will be eligible to get GST credit if u are a businessman
Last mobile i purchased had 12% Gst
So basically you will get a business invoice and can claim such gst paid as credit
You will have to show that mobile as business assets (in your books)
