so many things for the user to get confused! which offer to collect, no proper navigation to deals, tons of cashbacks problems, the app it self has become a quest and on top of that customer service has become nightmare, the chat associate are good for nothing, eats away your time and end up with no solution majority of time, may be not the case with you, but recently I have ordered nearly 8 products in last 6 days and all I have is to monitor, inquire cashbacks, fighting for returns and much more mess….are u in the same boat? pls share

I haven’t experienced any difficulty with Amazon so far.
I m prime member from day 1 it was launched.
No problems of delivery, refund or cashbacks ever faced.

Amazon offered me 40% upto 200 on recharge of 35 or more last month.
I did recharge & collected coupon.
Then I purchased item of 580 rs. but no cashback credited till date, 31 days gone now. 1st they lied it will be given in next 3 days etc. upto 28th sept but now they tell that my purchase was not elligible for cashback. I dnt shop online anymore untill Item only available online.
Lost ~600 Rs. & around 6 hrs. in all this. Its enough now. I am out of deal system etc.

I haven’t got the product, from 7 days while it shows delivered. Really Messy this time… Already logged complain in consumer forum
I agree it could be nightmare if we get into such issues. But still, we benifit from it, majority of the times.
I placed a order during GIF sale & was shown the exact amount of cashback at the final page before making payment but I got this amount in 2 batches(technically 4 transactions,2 at a time) because my order included 2 items(which dispatched at different times). It even included decimal figures(More 150+50 offer was split into 43.80 & 156.20) but after the 2nd item was dispatched & rest of the cashback msgs come,the total was exactly the same figure shown on order page.
So many people screws Amazon now a days due to their bugs… From July…
Seems they are sort of good testing guys…
Fk better in posting offers… Only small errors…that too very rare… Especially their coupon system is well built… Unlike amazon coupons are easily guessed or easily broken… For which they suffered in the last sale as well…
I didn’t face any issue till now on Amazon…

Amazon has a huge a** database and can easily checked transactions and their details and I’ve on my side too with transaction details and emails along with screenshots.
Just bcz you’re not facing it right now, doesn’t mean you wont in the future.
I had huge trust in amazon for 4 years but now I wont collect coupons through payments and purchase anything expensive from them.
For present sale.. No coupons no loot.. Just a fake sale.
Yep, no offers to collect… so far.
I was in the same boat in previous sales. After Amazon didn’t credit my cashback for several orders even after writing emails to their highest level, I reduced my online shopping. Have lost all patience to deal with such dumb support reps. Better to not transact. That’s why I only bought Rs 99 worth of product in this sale.
To hell with Amazon. My life was fine even when there was no online shopping in India. The money saved in sales is not worth the harassment you go through….
