so many things for the user to get confused! which offer to collect, no proper navigation to deals, tons of cashbacks problems, the app it self has become a quest and on top of that customer service has become nightmare, the chat associate are good for nothing, eats away your time and end up with no solution majority of time, may be not the case with you, but recently I have ordered nearly 8 products in last 6 days and all I have is to monitor, inquire cashbacks, fighting for returns and much more mess….are u in the same boat? pls share

I was in the same boat in previous sales. After Amazon didn’t credit my cashback for several orders even after writing emails to their highest level, I reduced my online shopping. Have lost all patience to deal with such dumb support reps. Better to not transact. That’s why I only bought Rs 99 worth of product in this sale.
To hell with Amazon. My life was fine even when there was no online shopping in India. The money saved in sales is not worth the harassment you go through….

I haven’t experienced any difficulty with Amazon so far.

I m prime member from day 1 it was launched.

No problems of delivery, refund or cashbacks ever faced.

Amazon offered me 40% upto 200 on recharge of 35 or more last month.
I did recharge & collected coupon.
Then I purchased item of 580 rs. but no cashback credited till date, 31 days gone now. 1st they lied it will be given in next 3 days etc. upto 28th sept but now they tell that my purchase was not elligible for cashback. I dnt shop online anymore untill Item only available online.
Lost ~600 Rs. & around 6 hrs. in all this. Its enough now. I am out of deal system etc.

That’s absolutely correct.

I never proceed with the payment if the cb is not being displayed on checkout page and even after cc provides guarantee. Amazon cc doesn’t have any clue what they are talking about and they don’t keep their words too even if you have their recording and chat logs.

Indian govt and laws don’t treat us as Consumers that’s why there are no laws. We are treated only as Tax-Payers. And there are whole lot of laws for that. If you get caught evading even one rupee tax, you will get to know laws that you can’t even imagine existed.

Laws are there for everything. What matters is if you want to get the help of it or not.

When you don’t pay one rupee tax, you are stealing from the govt and then govt fights for their right. When you get cheated, you just sit on your a** and do nothing about it and then says there are no laws.

File a case against the cheater and you will see how the court of law helps you. I have filed consumer court case against biggest e-commerce store in India and they had to help me in the end. I filed another case against HP and won it. I got my money back with interest and compensation.

Nope. Nobody received the cb twice in the same account. People thought that the coupon was applying multiple times when the cb for first order was pending but in the rush they forgot how Amazon works.

When I read that coupons were applying multiple times, I was about to do the same thing and just when I was about to hit place order button for 2nd order, I remembered. So I placed order from multiple accounts. Got almost all orders + CB except 2 which are in transit.

I believe the cb was not displaying in last 2 weeks.

I have ordered on 28th and cb was not displaying on checkout page. But I took the risk and got it in all accounts.

sunglasses i bought the GVs on the same day the offer was posted, and i think it expired prematurely, so confusion was there

I also bought the vouchers on the first day for 2-3 accounts. But kept it for rest of the 4-5 accounts thinking that I have plenty of time and then they expired it prematurely. Luckily it was working for people who collected the offer but no cb was displaying on final checkout page.
