They’re now revenging other orders that were not even releted to code bugs!
Today I received the orders I placed for aunt (made a new account for her), placed 2 orders worth 600 separately and one with 20% coupon (got after paying her electric bill) and another ordered with amazon assistant cashback (still not received).
Today amazon dishwasher gel of 2 ltr is missing/stolen (package was already torn) and another biotique face wash cover was smashed and nothing is left here!
Promised to refund since they can’t replace now bla bla technical difficulties.
And now I ain’t getting refund because they said I used coupons!!!!
I didn’t even used those coupons bcz I didn’t know about their stupid bug was going on and another was placed long ago.
It’s useless talking to any of them! They’re ALL acting like deranged ppl after the prime day bug.

Avoid buying anything from them for safe guard until they sort out their technical and mental issues.

A few times b4 received torn packages but orders are slightly damaged or dirty like either wet or muddy in rains during flood seasons. This was the first time an item was completely missing.
Anyways today both me and mom are heavily sick, so my delayed reaction.
And by the time I realised the package was light, today’s delivery guy ran out like a bat. (Tho I trust him, he’s the delivery guy for 4 years now around my area).
I immediately call and chatted and send pics but they’re adamant.
F**k them, will shop from offline for the time being.

Shouldn’t have accepted the bro if it’s torn…..
But we can’t change last so…..
How many customer care agents did you talk to?
Each one tells a different thing…..
So ask the agent to escalate or give call to your senior……
Tell him the issue and listen to his reply ask him to send a mail about the resolution offered

The delivery guy at my place is nice if there is any damage on the box or package he first calls me to ask and he himself returns it if ask say him to do so.

Delivery guy in my area is very nice.
I was ready to accept damaged parcel (4*1kg pediasure) which bought from loot but he simply denied to deliver saying you’re valuable customer I can’t deliver damaged parcels to you smile

Same here out of 4 hit ordered, there was only 1 hit. 3 we’re missing, package was not torn.
But order was from that bug so cashback was taken so did not compliant.
Order was shipped through Delivery.

Delhivery is notorious in terms of end user product delivery.Several times they have stolen
my items from my packages.

You should call cc and said them to transfer call to senior.then, amazon supervisor will receive call. Then talk to them

Buy the way don’t waste ur time and energy talking or chatting to amazon cc.Just mail them.I get good solutions with email rather than chatting or calling them.

this time, it failed even after posting pics. said they’re having bcz reorganising stuff and more talks about technical stuff and ended with a half ass apology.
I think it’ll take some time for tgem to sort out this mess as different loots occurred worldwide due to system bugs.
Group members from many countries in the online teams I’m in are all talking about loots – UK, Bahrain, Egypt, China, Japan, Phillipines and US all had price errors.
Best loot deals occurred on US this time tho.
Some guys are getting the burn real good, others are scared shitless so they’re all working like headless chicken.

Dude, don’t worry it’s Amazon. Just talk to them on the phone or email escalation. They wont let you be disappointed. Just throw in some emotional tantrums and logical reasons. If you escalate/ be persistent, you should get the money back.

this time even i got torn pantry boxes. this was deliberately done by someone.. mostly the delivery guy.
he nicely opened the tape below and took stuff, then applied transparent tape.
lost items frm 4 different boxes;
1, parachute hair creme worth 110
2 solimo almonds 1kg, 800
3 parachute body lotion, 185
4 dove baby rich oil, 2pcs165. (reported after 1 wk of delivery )

reported all and gor refund.
i buy panrry seeing deep discount and bank offer. he took majority of the products. no replacement either, they only refund u the correct amt.

i didnt see him for a week after this incident.
now comes the funniest part. i was getting 5 boxes same day same guy, and i saw tapes on 3 of them.
i really got pissed off, told him those are opened and item missing. i first said i dont want it
later i thought, he might have taken only 1 item, will report it.

i opened the box once i got the box inside home and i could see every product in tact.

he must have thought tgis guy would open in front of him, which i didnt.
after this, i always got boxes in tact, even full items in broken/damaged boxes.
may be got a final warning, since the ones i reported was for different accounts, yes i order multiple items from separate accounts to get max cb benefits.
