Now amazon didn’t allow to recharge or allow place to order without update indian mobile number so if you have fund in multiple amazon account than all amount stuck so don’t creat new account

Yes today i try to buy but didn’t allow me coz i didn’t update my mobile number after update mobile number than i placed order, so i try login to my 2nd account for recharge but there also same issue didn’t allow me to recharge without update mobile number,

Yes. I just tried it asking to link mobile number for recharge. But I paid for a Swiggy order today and it worked fine. So I guess as of now limitation is for only recharge. 
But I would suggest you do accumulate all your balance as soon as possible. I have balance in only two accounts 100 each I will accumulate all those using swiggy.
The other option could be text now but as I read people are saying it’s not working. I haven’t tried it though.

But how did you create a number without mobile number. Even if I tried to login an account with out Mobile number,its asking me to add mobile number

Yesterday I was facing same issue when I tried to pay electricity bill, but just now I paid electricity bill from same account without adding any mobile number
Since dth, postpaid, electricity bill payment has been introduced in amazon, requirement is, amazon account must have a registered mobile number. How are you able to pay bills without any registered mobile?

Sorry to be dumb. Can some one tell me how to use cash back money without mobile verification. I created 3 accounts and i am not able to use the money and it stuck. 
Purchase from third party via amazon pay is still enabled for unverified account. You may use it now before they implement otp there also.
